Represents the neutral color of the layer in 0xAARRGGBB format. You can also set a value.
The neutral color of the layer is set to that type of neutral color when you change the Layer.type property.
The neutral color is the default value that fills the expanded area when the size of the layer image is expanded.
By setting the value, you can specify the initial color when expanding the size of the layer image.
