It is a setting whether to draw after waiting for vertical synchronization of the display by transition (screen switching).
Changing the settings may reduce screen flicker, but it may also reduce drawing performance.
In the case of Canvas drawing, it is meaningless (always waiting for vsync) even if it is set in the environment that cannot be specified.
